FAQs

Your tour number unlocks all the information about your teacher’s upcoming EF trip. This combo of numbers and letters (ex: 1234567AB) will bring you to you teacher’s tour page. Here, you can also enrol and start counting down to takeoff!

Ask the teacher leading the tour, or give us a call at 1-800-263-2806 and we’ll help you track it down.

This page will have the tour’s itinerary, price, everything that’s included, enrolment information, and more. It’ll also display your teacher’s requested tour dates. We recommend blocking off a few extra days on either end, as specific tour dates will be confirmed closer to departure.

To enrol your student on an EF tour, we ask that you:

  • Provide your traveller’s basic information as it is or will be written on their passport

  • Assign one primary contact by providing their name, email, phone number, and home address. Only this person may make account changes and act as EF’s point of contact.

  • Select a payment plan and add a bank account, credit card, or debit card

  • Secure your traveller’s spot on tour with a $199 enrollment deposit

  • Review available coverage options, including the Global Travel Protection Plan (GTPP) and Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) Insurance Add-On

First, pat yourself on the back, because your student will grow in infinite ways on their EF tour and have a blast while doing it. Second, you’ll gain access to your EF traveller account, which helps you track payments, stay up to date on your to-dos, build excitement for departure day, and more.

Plans can change. Before deciding to cancel, contact Traveller Support at 1-800-263-2806. We’ll help you explore your options. If you decide to cancel, the traveller’s primary contact (the person who enrolled them) must call to start the process.

Once you’ve enrolled your student, you’ll receive an email at the primary contact address to set up your account and create a password. Just a friendly reminder that travellers under the age of 20 do not have direct access to the account; access is provided exclusively to the primary contact.
