Your global safety net
With EF Tours staff in over 110 countries, we’re everywhere your teen travels. This means we can respond quickly and effectively, no matter where or when something happens.
From the moment your teenager clears customs to their return home, they’ll have the guidance and care of a dedicated Tour Director. Think of them as the group’s experienced leader—they know the lay of the land, they speak the local language, and they’ll deal with bus transportation, hotels, meals, as well as any activities—they have them run smoothly so that the group can have fun!
Preparing for emergencies
Before departure, every traveller receives:
A Traveller Emergency Card, which includes easy-to-follow instructions for contacting us in case of an emergency.
An Emergency Bracelet, to be worn throughout the tour that provides essential contact information for quick access to help abroad.
These tools are a powerful way to keep your child connected and supported wherever they go.
24/7 Safety & Incident Response Team
We know you need peace of mind, so our Safety and Incident Response Team is available around the clock to provide support whenever it’s needed.

For travellers abroad: Follow the instructions on your Traveller Emergency Card or bracelet to make a collect call to 001-416-927-1911.
