Flights
Your flight itinerary will be available online approximately 21 days prior to departure. All groups are issued electronic tickets (e-tickets), which means you only need to bring your passport to the airport for check-in. If a traveller has any special in-flight meal requests, they should ensure EF is aware at least two weeks prior to departure. EF will do their best to ensure that this request is accommodated. Tipping
*For planning purposes, ask your Tour Consultant for details about the number of guides you will have on tour and the number of days you will be with your bus driver. Your Tour Consultant can also answer questions about suggested tip amounts for countries that use currencies other than the euro.

Spending money
We recommend planning on approximately $60 per day for spending money. This should cover lunches, beverages, souvenirs, free time activities and additional excursions. At the start of tour, travellers should bring the equivalent of $60 in the currency of the initial destination. Up first, we’ll give you your own custom RSVP site, which students and families can use to tell you if they’re interested in your meeting, as well as whether or not they’re able to attend. Once you have your RSVP site, it’s time to start spreading the word about your meeting! Peace of Mind Program
EF’s Peace of Mind Program Terms and Conditions Benefits of the Peace of Mind Program are only available to the entire group and not to individual travellers unless specifically indicated. Individual travellers should refer to their certificate of insurance. Travellers missing any payment deadlines must pay any incurred late fees to qualify for this program. No longer able to travel? Please call Traveller Support at 1-800-263-2806 and we will try to accommodate you in any way we can. We don’t want anyone to miss out on the opportunity to travel.
