Organizing a tour is an exciting time, and we are there to support you every step of the way.
After your EF Tour Consultant helps you select the perfect tour, the next step is to meet in person with a member of the EF Face to Face team. They will come right to your school to meet with you one-on-one, speak with administrators and provide support at your recruitment meeting.
We’ll help host your recruitment meeting
Your first recruitment meeting is an opportunity to introduce students and parents to your EF tour. To ensure a successful recruitment meeting, your EF representative will be there by your side to help you:
- Speak with parents and explain the tour experience
- Answer all of your students’ travel questions
- Share EF’s recruitment video
- Provide any additional support and information you might need
You will be prepared with us
By providing expert, personal support, your local representative makes your tour planning process as smooth and easy as possible. They will also be in your area to:
- Meet with you one-on-one to answer questions
- Speak with school administrators
- Find new ways to recruit (or continue recruiting)
- Share how to build a fundraising plan
- Prepare for your on-tour experience
