Great tour, great experience. Elephants and floating markets were a favorite. Wished there was more authentic Thai food instead of mostly "buffets" of American/Stir Fries and that the trip included beach time.

Another Fabulous Tour
Just returned from a Thailand EF tour. My children and I had a fabulous time. Our tour director was amazing. We were treated to incredible Thai food, usually in buffet style. This allowed many choices and there were usually items that a picky child could eat. The temples, historical sites, and experiences were well chosen. We communed with elephants!! The hotel accommodations were great; the kids loved the swimming pools. We were well cared for and everyone in Thailand welcomed us with smiles.

Something to remember
I have many great memories of Thailand now. It really got me out of my comfort zone and pushed me to try new things, and to experience new cultures. Thailand was my first trip and it has encouraged me to explore more of the world.

The Thai experience!
Embarking on a tour like the Treasures of Thailand was admittedly very intimidating at first. Once we arrived, we learned very quickly that the people are what make this tour amazing. Our tour guides were phenomenal! They put us at ease and got us ready for an adventure of a lifetime! We experienced incredible temples, breathtaking landscape, indescribable buildings, structures and ruins, and awe inspiring people! Our students had their eyes opened to a new culture, and incredible surroundings. Our favourite stop was the nursery where our students were able to meet and play with the little kids from the Hilltribe families. Once we left there, most of our kids were in tears...realizing how lucky they are and how little things can make a huge impact on our life. We were very humbled when we walked around the villages there and our students came away with a whole new respect for our country and the things we take for granted. Overall, we had a positive experience! Each of us learned new things, and brought back with us incredible memories of Thailand. We saw and participated in things we never dreamed of, and will forever be grateful of this adventure! If there were any negative aspects of this tour, it was the two travel days from Chiang Mai to Bangkok. We spent two very long, hot days on a bus with nothing much to do in between, and it seemed like a waste of days while we were in Thailand. Thank you EFTOURS!!

My daughter went to Thailand this spring break with EF Tours. It was an absolutely amazing, life-changing experience. The tour was extremely well run and organized. The group did everything that was promised and more.
I would highly recommend this experience to everyone!

I would recommend this particular tour for group leaders who are interested in trying something new. Three meals a day was a great bonus of this tour, and the food is authentic Thai (with some western food at each meal), unlike some of the food that we receive on European tours. Accomodations were fabulous, the itinerary interesting, and the weather HOT! The elephant rides were the highlight for all, but we also got to do so many things that are unique to the area. Thai massages, fish pedicures, eating deep fried bugs, feeding wild monkeys, the Hellfire Pass, swimming in the waterfall... All were fantastic experiences that we will never forget!

This was an excellent tour. We saw and did so many things that everyone was excited for the next day to come. Students were kept busy with many interesting activities and sights to see. The food was great. Most of all our guide was the best. She went out of her way to back the trip the best it could be. Alway happy, along with her bus drivers. Thanks for a great experience.
