New online features


We are always looking for ways to improve our website to make planning your tour as easy as possible. Below are some of the new features recently released on eftours.ca:

Rooming
Our new and improved rooming request form makes it easier than ever for you to request upgrades and assign roommates for your group. You'll find this new form on your Manage your group page.

Optional excursions
We've streamlined the optional excursion order form, which lets you sign up your travellers for exciting optional excursions on tour. You'll find this new form on your Manage my group page.

Travel coverage
For peace of mind in just a few clicks, view your travellers' EF's All-Inclusive Protection Plan details. You'll find this on your Manage my group page.

Educational resources
Search our collection of resources to find lesson plans and classroom activities to complement your tour.

Logging in


How do I log in to my account?
Click “Login,” located on the top right-hand corner of all pages on eftours.ca. You will be directed to the login page; simply enter your account number and password. To view your tour(s) and personal account information, please select from the top menu. If you are still having trouble logging in, visit our Login Help page.

Enrolling travellers


How do I enrol travellers online?
Group Leaders have two options to enrol travellers online. If you would like to enrol travellers yourself, login to your personal account and select the appropriate tour from your list of Active tours. Click on “Forms and resources” from the left-hand menu, where you will find a link to “enrol participants" (an online form). Alternatively, you may instruct your travellers to visit eftours.ca, where they may enter your tour number on the homepage.

Where can I find the booking conditions?
Visit eftours.ca/bc to view booking conditions in PDF format.

Group status report


How can I access my group status report?
Upon logging into your account, find the tour whose group you would like to review, and click “Manage your group.” There is also a ”Financial Group Status Report option.”

Find and price a tour


Where do I go to find a new tour?
Click on Browse Tours and you may search for tours by region, name, length, program fee or year.

How do I create a printable price quote for a tour?
Once you select a tour in Browse Tours click on “Price this tour”, enter your tour details and click submit; your price quote will display.

How do I save a price quote?
Once you select a tour in Browse Tours click on ‘Price this tour’, enter your tour details and click submit; your price quote will display. Then click “Save this tour.” You will be prompted to either log in (if you have an existing account) or create an account if you are new to EF.

Where do I find information about customized tours?
Visit our Customized tours page, where you can learn about how to design your "dream tour," view examples of customized itineraries, or modify an existing EF itinerary.

Click on Educational Resources, where you can search through hundreds of online educational resources from EF and PBS, as well as EF’s multimedia resources and student award programs.

Information about my tours


Where is my detailed itinerary?
After logging into your account, select a tour from your list of Active Tours, which will lead you to the “Tour Details” page. Then open the “Itinerary” tab.

How do I get to my personalized timeline?
After logging into your account and selecting a tour from your list of Active Tours, click on “Prepare for departure” in the left navigation.

How do I add or remove optionals from my tour?
Upon login, click on the tour name from your list of Active Tours. Go to the “Manage my group” page and select the Optional Excursions tab.

How do I find information about EF's Monthly Payment Plan?
Learn about how EF's Monthly Payment Plan can make your educational tour more affordable. 

How do I email my group?
After logging into your account, find the desired tour in your list of Active Tours and go to the Contact my group page.

Global Rewards


Where can I find information about the Global Rewards program?
Visit the Global Rewards section to learn more about EF's fabulous rewards program for group leaders.

Where can I redeem my rewards?
Visit My Rewards, located in the Global Rewards section. Select your reward by clicking the “Submit” button. If you are logged in, a redemption form will appear. If you are not logged in, you will be prompted to do so. After logging in, simply select your reward and complete the redemption form.
